Casaterra Ubud was born from a deeply personal vision — a desire by the owner to create a home that reflected their own standards of comfort, calm, and connection to nature. Rather than building for the market, the villas were originally designed with the owner’s own lifestyle and values in mind, resulting in a space that feels truly lived-in, intentional, and timeless.

In collaboration with an international architectural firm, the design combines natural stone, textured cladding, and organic materials with minimalist, modern form. Every detail — from the spatial flow to the finishes — was chosen to bring out warmth, elegance, and tranquility, while remaining deeply grounded in the surrounding natural environment.

The result is more than a collection of villas. Casaterra is a philosophy of living — a space shaped by personal intention, refined design, and a belief that home should nurture both body and spirit.
